A survey is administered to understand the application of active learning in undergraduate STEM courses. The findings observed over an academic year reflect current trends use learning. combination discovery-based and Pro-Con Grids then used improve long-term retention among students. Students a course were provided with lecture prior in-class sessions. quiz was for each gain insight into students’ understanding evaluate effectiveness method.
